One of the best horror films ever. It is so eerie and spooky. Kurosawa always makes masterpieces, so if you haven't seen Kairo (aka Pulse) you must buy it. His films are unlike any other person's movies. The soundtrack is excellent, and the picture quality on some Japanese DVDs like Kairo is similar to Blu-ray quality. Buy now or regret it for the rest of your life!

[角川シネマコレクション2016年 3月度: 黒沢清特集] ネットの向こうで動き出した、想像を絶する恐怖。画面上に突如現れた"死のアクセス"。全ては、そのサイトから始まった。――ミチの同僚、田口が会社に来なくなってから一週間。言い知れぬ不安にかられたミチは田口の家を訪れる。憔悴しきった様子の田口は、ミチが目を離した隙に首をつってしまう。ミチの周りで異変はこうして始まった。インターネットを始めたばかりの亮介。深夜、亮介のパソコンが突如、とあるサイトにアクセスする。浮かび上がったメッセージは、「幽霊に会いたいですか」。亮介は、パソコンを強制終了するが、勝手に同じサイトに繋がってしまう。そして、それは世界中を巻き込んでいくことになるのだった・・・。
