Never buy this, It's 'Trash'
More than 15 years have passed since I used Nagaoka's CD opp. It has been 15 years since I used this product to permanently store more than 10,000 CDs after ripping them.
Nagaoka's opp produced recently has become very poor quality.
1. Oil contamination on opp surface
2. The cut surface is not clean and has a lot of debris.
3. Traces of being pressed with a sharp object on the opp surface
This phenomenon has been recurring for about 7 years. Still, I was able to salvage a few useful ones and use them.
The OPP that arrived today were thrown straight into the trash can.
The OPP oil contamination was so heavy and dirty that it could not be used to package precious CDs.
It is presumed that the machines on the production line are just being printed without maintenance.
There is no quality control at all.
As of 2024, 'Nagaoka's 'Made In Japan' OPP CD Protection Cover is just 'Trash' that pollutes CDs.
