Characteristics of Iron Products:
It has good heat conduction, but the high heat can cause burning.
Cooking ingredients like burdock, lotus root, or eggplant can turn black due to their tannins reacting with the iron.This is due to the reaction between the tannins in the food and the iron of the frying pan, and it has no effect on the body, so please rest assured.
When cooking acidic foods like tomato sauce or jam, the acidity can cause the surface to turn a whitish color, and the food may have an iron-infused taste.This has no impact on the body, but the pan may become more prone to rust, so please coat it with oil for storage.
Please re-season as it is easy to rust if the oil on the skillet surface is removed due to the effect of acid.

Seasoning (Get it ready before use)
1. Clean with dish soap and dry thoroughly.
2. Put it on the burner, on medium heat or lower, until white smoke is produced.
Because it becomes empty and it becomes very hot, please do not leave it unattended and be careful of burns.
When using a gas stove with Si sensor, the flame may run small or automatically extinguish.We recommend using a gas cartridge stove.
Even if you are not sure if white smoke has been released, please heat thoroughly for about 5 minutes.
3. Stop the heat and allow it to cool a little. While the skillet is warm, apply vegetable oil such as olive oil.
Because it is hot, please be careful not to be burned.


Note: The skillet is very hot during cooking and immediately after cooking.As there is a risk of burns, please make sure to use thick mitts etc.
This product is for gas stoves only.This product cannot be used on induction heating stoves.
When using with a Si sensor gas stove, please make sure the center of the bottom of the plate is adhered to the Si sensor.Also, do not move the plate on the grill.This may cause Si sensor to malfunction.
Do not use in microwave.
After using, immediately wash away dirt and other contaminants and wipe away water, lightly heat and dry and apply a thin layer of edible oil and store away from moisture.
Please do not pre-soak, or wash/dry in the dishwasher.
