Delivery date of purchased products
When we make a purchase on Mercari, the seller ships the item.
Seller ships in approximately 3 days on average, but the time of shipping varies depending on the seller.
Once the seller ships the item, it will arrive at CDJapan's warehouse within 2 to 4 days. However, if the seller is from Hokkaido or Okinawa, it will take extra days to arrive.
After the product arrives, CDJapan staff will inspect and repackage the product. This will take approximately 1 to 3 days. (Depends on the amount of luggage)
Once inspection is completed, we will ship out the product.

Regarding translation search
If you use the translation function on Mercari product search, you can search in Japanese.
However, proper nouns, names, character names, etc. may not be translated correctly.

Please check the images on Mercari provided by the seller to confirm that the item matches your needs.

Regarding discount negotiation
You cannot negotiate for a discount with the seller. Please purchase at the listed price.
