Eligible Orders
Adding is possible for Credit Cards (Status: Authorized), Paypal that have signed billing agreements and Cash Payment orders only if the payment has NOT been finalized yet.
For credit cards (Status: Authorized) :when adding an item, you may see a new transaction on top of your original transaction which may look like a double charge. However we confirm that both your original and new transactions are only authorization requests. Your original transaction will be released and the latter transaction will be the final transaction which will be finalized on either the shipping date, or if it takes more than 25 days to ship out, on the 25th days from the ordering date. For Paypal: when adding an item via Paypal, we will re-charge you for the whole order total and will then process a full refund for the original order total.
How to Make an Addition
- To add items to an existing order, click this
button which is placed below the "Checkout" button. - Choose the order you would like the item to be added to.
Non-Eligible Orders
You may not add on for the following payment methods or statuses.
* PayPal with no billing agreement
* Alipay
* Credit/Debit Card [Payment Status: Card Finalized]
If the existing items in your order are still able to purchase on our website (make sure to check if the bonuses are still available, if any), you may be able to have all items sent together by cancelling the existing order first and then re-placing a new order for all of the items.
If you would like to do this, make sure to contact us first and check if you can still cancel the original order. Do not go ahead and re-place the new order as the original order may not be in a state where we can cancel.
